We attend within the day subject to delays beyond our control.

Yes, and we run basic hygiene and awareness courses.

Are all bait and insecticides used obtained from reliable sources?
We use only the best products available, from long established suppliers.

Are your bait containers strong and robust?
Yes, all our bait containers can be locked secured and withstand considerable force.

Can your bait containers be easily cleaned?
Yes, they can be removed and cleaned.

Can you put bait points everywhere?
No, we can only put bait containers with bait in where there is an ongoing problem, a government directive prevents us putting bait points down in a preventative way.

Do all your staff carry identification?
Yes, all staff have identity cards.

When we call, who do we speak to?
You will speak to a trained pest control officer in the UK; we have no call centres or automated answers.

If we have a complaint who do we contact?
We like all complaints in writing, but we are happy to speak with anyone over the telephone.
